- セラミツク基板にチツプ部品を実装したハイブ
リツドＩＣに植設される端子において、前記ハイ
ブリツドＩＣを親基板に取付ける際、前記セラミ
ツク基板に実装された部品を保護するとともに前
記親基板に容易に実装できるよう折曲げ部を有す
ることを特徴とするハイブリツドＩＣ用端子。
