を検出して真空度が所定値よりも低下したとき異
常信号を発信する圧力検出器と、この圧力検出器
で真空度の低下が検出されなかつたとき、上記素
子をホルダーに吸着した状態でこの素子に印刷を
施す印刷機と、から成る印刷装置。
