The biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface becomes mountain-like, and walls formed using this often have a mountain-like appearance. In other words, when the decorative surface of the board becomes mountain-like, it not only looks bad, but is also difficult to install, lacks waterproofness at the joints, and causes separation between the surface material and the insulation material.
There were disadvantages such as dew condensation in this hollow part and the board detaching. In addition, many of the hooks in this type of board have a fixed structure, which has the disadvantage that the width of the joints is uneven due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossing) by design, and is merely a step or uneven surface, lacking a three-dimensional effect and having a small working width.
It had the disadvantage of lacking construction efficiency. In addition, boards of this type that have a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantages of lacking three-dimensionality, waterproofness, heat insulation, workability, and economic efficiency.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in a step-like manner, and provides a recessed part with a gap that strengthens the step part to make the dividing line clearer and to connect the boards. The structure has a structure that closely resembles the appearance of the stepped portion of the decorative surface section with the appearance of the horizontal joints formed when the board is installed. The board can be easily installed by one worker without requiring any skill. The width of the horizontal joints is uniform, giving a beautiful appearance with a rich three-dimensional effect. Furthermore, there is little deformation due to distortion of the decorative surface, and when the boards are connected, elasticity acts on the joints mutually, reducing the peaks of the decorative surface. The purpose is to propose a board that prevents this from occurring and has greatly strengthened the waterproofness and engagement force of the connecting parts.

C Embodiment] A board according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, the above board A is shown in FIGS. 1(a) and (b).
As shown in, for example, surface-treated steel sheets, steel sheets plated with zinc/nickel alloy, aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheets (product names: Galfan, Galvalume mesh sheet, Super Zinc), aluminum sheets, aluminum alloy sheets, copper sheets, etc. A metal plate made of one type (including flat plates and embossed plates) is formed into the shape shown in Figures 2 (a) and (b) by forming it with a roll or press, or by extrusion molding. Thermal insulation material 2 is placed between the surface material 23 and the back material 23.
4 is integrally filled to form a sand inch structure, and the decorative surface part or the back surface is made into a dogleg shape or an inclined cross section, so that elasticity acts on the male and female connecting parts of the board, and in addition, the decorative surface part is curved. It is designed to prevent this. To explain further, on the surface material, there is a long decorative surface part 1, a male connecting part, a female connecting part, and a gutter-like part 2 filled with a heat insulating material 24.
It is composed of 2. In other words, the amount of the decorative surface is small (inside the step piece 3 forming one step and its lower end) as shown in the figure at an arbitrary position (in the center in the figure) on the surface of the long plate material and parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface. A plurality of pieces are formed by folding back toward the front and then outward to form a pot-like vertical cross section, and partitioned by a step portion 1 and a step piece 3 formed from a recess 4 with a depth of about 1 to 10 m (Fig. It is composed of a long inclined decorative piece 6.6a (hereinafter simply referred to as a decorative piece) (hereinafter referred to as two pieces) and a void 5a having a pot-shaped cross section formed at the upper edge of the decorative piece 6a. 5a has a cross section, so-called vertical cross section, formed in a pot shape in order to reduce the performance and distortion of the device, and mainly by more clearly dividing the lower end of the step piece 3 and the decorative piece 6a, This enhances the three-dimensional appearance of the decorative surface portion 1, reinforces its strength, and creates an appearance similar to the appearance of the horizontal joints formed when the boards A are connected. This is because when formed in the shape of a U-shaped gap, the distortion is smaller experimentally although it is not known theoretically. Also, if the decorative surface part or the surface mainly on the surface material is formed into a step-like shape, It helps to form a three-dimensional effect and improves strength. In particular,
The recessed part 4 clearly forms a dividing line on the stepped part, and the upper edge of the decorative surface part 1 is recessed parallel to the longitudinal direction to prevent rain and capillary phenomenon. An insertion edge 10 formed from the formed reinforcing rib 9 (pipe-shaped in the figure), an engagement groove 11 with the insertion edge 10 as the upper end, and an engagement groove 11.
It is constructed from a lower edge 12 of and an extension portion 13 projecting outward. To explain further, the extension part 13 is formed from a nailing piece 14 and a tongue piece 15 whose tip is bent outward.

The ``female connecting portion'' includes a stepped piece 17 whose lower end is bent inwardly, an upper edge 18 whose lower edge is bent inwardly, and a lower edge 19 which is formed by bending its tip outwards. Insert edge 10
The lower edge 19 is inserted into the engagement groove 11 to further strengthen the engagement force. It is useful for Further, the gutter-like portion 22 is a space surrounded by the decorative surface portion l, the male and female connecting portions 1, and a river, and is for filling with a heat insulating material 24. Note that the dimensions and angles of each part on the surface material are set as follows, for example. Figure 2(a)
In this case, the angle θmm, 8g of the decorative piece 6.6a with respect to the horizontal line A is θ! =θ2, or θ! -θ2 or θ
Weight 8g, angle θ between decorative piece 6.6a and step piece 3.18
3. θ4 is θ3-θ4, or θ3″=, θ4, for example, θ3=90°, the angle θS between the step piece 17 and the upper edge 18
, and the zero angle of the fitting groove 20 are determined according to the angle of the insertion edge 10. Also, the height h of the step piece 3.17
l and hg are the same or almost the same, the height from the apex 5b of the stepped portion 5 to the horizontal line opening is hs, the height from the upper end of the stepped piece 17 to the horizontal line opening is h4, and the back side of the stepped part 5. Assuming that the thickness between the back materials 23 is Δt, and the thickness of the surface material is t,
hs #h4, hs = hl + Δh1 + Δt, or a height close to it. This means that when board A is installed on frame α as shown in Figure 3, the height H of the horizontal joint between boards A from frame α is the same, almost the same, or somewhat lower. This is to increase the height. Furthermore, although the opening height ΔhI of the gap 5a in the recess 4 is arbitrary, by making it almost the same as the gap Δh2 at the joint between the boards A as shown in FIG. In order to create an appearance that looks like it is constructed by Tokyo Metropolitan Government, ΔhI=Δh
2, Δh, #Δhg, Δh>Δhg. In addition, in FIG. 2 (bl), the structure is the same as in FIG. 2 (a) except that the horizontal line A and the decorative surface 6.6a are formed parallel to each other.

That is, θ1, θ! is parallel to the horizontal line A, and the extension portion 13 is inclined by θ. Furthermore, the back material 23 described above is for covering at least the back surface of the heat insulating material 24, and not only strengthens the mechanical strength of the board itself, but also serves as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shield sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, and a peelable sheet. It functions as a member of sheets, backing materials, reinforcing sheets, etc., such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (AI
Pb, Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, glass cloth, or a combination of one or more of these, or a sheet treated with waterproofing, flame retardant, etc. , or one of the metal plates mentioned above. In addition, insulation material 2
4 fills at least the gutter-like part 22 formed by the back surface of the decorative surface part and the back surface of the female type connecting part, and gives board A heat insulation properties and strength, and secondarily, adhesive properties and non-combustible properties. It is made of a type of material that has functions such as sex. Specifically, synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool,
1 of sheathing boards, gypsum boards, wood wool cement boards, etc.
It consists of seeds, molded bodies, or raw materials that are discharged, molded, solidified, and self-adhesive. In addition, when using a molded body, on the surface material and the back surface material 23.
An adhesive (not shown) is required in between. To explain further, the heat insulating material 24 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, resin for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate). , calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. Furthermore, when board A is connected, elasticity acts on the connected parts of each other, and in order to prevent the amount of decorative surface from forming into a mountain shape, the board A was formed as shown in Fig. 1 (a) and (bl). It is something.

That is, (Fig. 81 shows that the decorative piece 6a is tilted greatly with respect to the decorative surface 6 (θ2〉θ! and θ=θ++1 to 10@),
It has a so-called dogleg shape, and the portion of the heat insulating material 24 that exists on the back surface of the decorative piece 6 is formed on the back surface inclined by θβ as shown in the figure. Further, FIG. 6(b) shows a board in which the decorative pieces 6.6a are horizontal surfaces with different levels, and the back surface of the heat insulating material 24 is inclined at an angle θ' (approximately 1 to 15 degrees) with respect to the horizontal line opening.

In addition, for boards A+ and Ax, the top surface material is a 0.27 tm color tone board, the back surface material 23 is aluminum/kraft paper, and the insulation material 2
4 is a material in which polyisocyanurate foam raw material is discharged between the surface material and the back material 23, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nailing piece 14 of the nth board AI is attached to the wall base α consisting of the main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) through the nails β. Fix it. Next, insert the female connecting part ρ fitting groove 20 of the fi+1st board Ag into the insertion edge 10 of the male connecting part work of board A+ to form a joint as shown in FIG. 3. It is. That is, the horizontal joint portion is formed to have an appearance that is the same as or somewhat lower than the stepped portion of board A+sAg. In other words, the female connecting portion of board A2 and the upper end of the decorative piece 6 of board A1 are in contact with each other, forming a slight gap Δha therebetween, so that an appearance very similar to the stepped portion of board A is formed. This is what I did.

In this case, elasticity as shown by arrows C and 2 acts on the joints, so the engagement force is strong, and the recessed part 4 is also reinforced, and distortion is also reduced, so the stepped part 5
does not become a Yamabushi. Furthermore, in order to form the entire outer wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base toward the girder. In addition, a starter (not shown) is attached to the base.
It is necessary to use caulking material and accessories at vertical joints, exit and entry corners of walls (not shown).

As described above, according to the board according to the present invention, (1) at least one step is formed in the decorative surface portion, and the decorative surface portion is formed in a box shape, and when the boards are connected, the appearance is similar to that of German siding; Because it is manufactured to form a ridge, it has sufficient strength and the decorative surface does not become mountain-like. ■Since the stepped portion is formed in a recessed portion having a void with little benthic distortion, the stepped portion between the decorative pieces is much larger than before, and the entire decorative surface portion has a rich three-dimensional appearance. ■Since the male and female joints are formed into the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily constructed by one person, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it is highly waterproof. ■No skill is required to connect the boards, and construction can be performed with extremely high efficiency. ■The board has a sand inch structure, which improves its strength. ■When a wall is formed with boards, the appearance of the step part and the side joint part is at least almost the same, so it is possible to form a wall with a beautiful appearance and a rich sense of three-dimensionality. ■Since the core of the board is filled with insulation material, it is possible to form walls with excellent insulation properties. Since the width of the surface material is wide, it is easy to work with, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. ■
When synthetic resin foam is used as a heat insulating material, it is lightweight and has excellent heat insulating properties, and the constituent materials can be extremely easily formed into one piece by utilizing the self-adhesive properties of foaming without an adhesive. [phase]
Since the board has a structure in which elasticity acts on the joints, the waterproofness and engagement force of the joints have been significantly strengthened. It has the following characteristics.
