【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、防音型エンジン作業機のマフラの改
良に関し、マフラの排気出口を上方に開口させた
ままで、この排気出口から侵入た雨水等によつて
もマフラ内部及び作業機内部が腐触しないように
することを目的とする。

膨張室に区分けして、排気通路の全長を長く形成
したもので、排気出口より侵入した雨水等を直ち
にマフラ外に排出することにより、マフラ内及び
作業機内の腐触を最大限に抑制して、エンジン作
業機の耐久性を高めると共に、消音性能を高め、
しかも、マフラ内に雨水等が貯留して煤が雨水等
と混入することがあつても、排気出口から墨のよ
うな黒い水滴を吹き上げることもないものであ
る。

る。図中、符号6はマフラ、38は燃料タンク、
39はバツテリ、40は制御装置、41は操作
盤、42は電力取出し用端子装置である。

室2内を通つて、その下壁2aの外け臨ませてい
