Claims (1)
- 複数個のカソードを有し、トレーにて薄膜を被
着する基板を水平方向に搬送しながらスパツタす
るインラインスパツタ装置において、装置本体の
内部に、複数個のメタルマスクを収納するメタル
マスク収納室と、その任意のメタルマスクを基板
と重ねてトレーに装着するメタルマスク装着室と
を設けたことを特徴とするスパツタ装置。
