Claims (1)
- 少なくともトリチウムとヘリウムガスをそれぞ
れ別個のクライオパネルで排気できるクライオポ
ンプと、該クライオポンプ出口に接続している再
生排気ポンプと、該再生排気ポンプ出口に接続し
ているトリチウム処理系と、該トリチウム処理系
出口に接続しているトリチウム回収タンクとで構
成されている真空排気システムにおいて、トリチ
ウム処理系の入口とトリチウム回収タンク入口と
を、弁を介して接続したことを特徴とする真空排
気システム。
