- ガスクロマトグラフとセパレータと質量分析計
とが直列にパイプにより接続された構成のガスク
ロマトグラフ質量分析装置において、セパレータ
と質量分析計のイオン源との間のパイプのイオン
源側に開閉バルブ、およびセパレータ側にキヤリ
ヤガス導入管を備え、セパレータとセパレータに
直結しセパレータ部分を排気する真空ポンプとの
間に開閉バルブを備えたことを特徴とするガスク
ロマトグラフ質量分析装置。
