    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基準抵抗器を含んで構成された第１ループ回路により試
    料と前記基準抵抗器に流れる測定用電流を等しく且つ前
    記試料の一端を接地電位に保つことにより前記試料のイ
    ンピーダンスを測定するインヒータンス測定器において
    、フィルタによリ前記第１ループ回路と並列な第２ルー
    プ回路を設けたことを特徴とするインピーダンス測定器
    。
