    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定用検出器と、補償用検出器を有し、測定対象が低い
    濃度の場合には測定用検出器の出力を主信号とし、補償
    用検出器の出力を干渉補償信号として用いる一方、測定
    対象が高濃度の場合には、測定用検出器からは信号をと
    らず、補償用検出器の出力を主信号として用いる構成と
    したことを特徴とする赤外線分析計。
