検出状態を示す特性図、第６図及び第７図はこの考案の
一実施例による渦流探傷子を示す平面図及び正面図、第
８図はこの考案に係るコイルの角度変位状態を示す概略
図、第９図はこの考案に係る欠陥検出状態を示す特性図
である。
図において、２ａ，２ｂは自己比較型コイル、４は被試
験材である。
