コイルの角部が対向するように配置されてなる第1の差
動コイルと、 三角形状に巻回された2個のコイル差動結合とし、両コ
イルの辺部が対向するように配置されてなる第2の差動
コイルとを含み、 前記第1の挙差動コイルを構成するコイルの斜辺の間隙
および前記第2の差動コイルを構成するコイルの対向す
る辺部の間隙を、検出すべき欠陥の幅にそれぞれ略等し
く設定したプローブセンサを備えたことを特徴とする渦
