、８はＰＮＰ型トランジスタ、９は定電流基準電
圧発生回路である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一
又は相当部分示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 定電流共通ベース回路を有する電子回路に
    おいて、その信号入力端子と定電流共通ベース回
    路の制御端子のとの間に制御素子を挿入して制御
    端子と信号入力端子を共通化し、信号入力端子を
    接地することにより、回路の機能停止及び消費電
    力の低減を可能にしたことを特徴とする電子回路
    。 (2) 上記制御素子はダイオードであることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電
    子回路。 (3) 上記制御素子はＰＮＰ型トランジスタであ
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の電子回路。 (4) 上記制御素子はダイオードと定電流基準電
    圧回路でなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の電子回路。
