Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 連続的に移送される連続用紙の表裏面に対
向して配置される一対の上下シリンダと、下側シ
リンダの軸端に固定される駆動ギアと、該駆動ギ
アと噛合し、上側シリンダの軸端に固定される従
動ギアと、上、下側シリンダの外周面に軸方向に
沿つて延在する上、下側切断刃と、を備え連続用
紙の移送方向に同期して上、下側シリンダが回転
し、連続用紙を所定寸法毎に切断する連続用紙の
切断装置において、 前記上、下切断刃は回転方向に向き所定の捩じ
れ角度を有するとともに、上側切断刃の捩じれ角
度を下側切断刃の捩じれ角度よりもわずかに大き
く設定することにより生じる上、下切断刃の接触
圧で用紙を切断し、用紙の切断時、上側シリンダ
回転位置の偏位を吸収するフローテイング機構を
備えたことを特徴とする連続用紙の切断装置。 (2) 前記フローテイング機構は、従動ギア盤面
に装着され、所定幅の溝を形成した位置合わせプ
レートと、上側シリンダ軸端に締付けられるフロ
ーテイングドツグとからなり、上記ドツグ先端部
がプレート溝内に挿入され、かつ先端部にプレー
ト内壁面と弾接するスプリングを内装させ、上側
シリンダの回転位置に偏位が生じたとき、上記ス
プリングの弾性力によりフローテイングドツグを
揺動させ、上側シリンダを適正位置に位置決めす
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の連続用紙の切断装置。
