- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 機器本体を密封収納した第１の容器と、こ
の第１の容器に収納され相変化による熱輸送を行
い前記機器本体を冷却する第１の冷媒と、一端が
前記第１の冷媒の液だまり内に配置されて前記第
１の冷媒と異なる第２の冷媒を収納した管と、こ
の管の他端に接続された第１のベローズと、この
第１のベローズと伸縮方向を同一に結合され所定
圧力の気体が封入された第２のベローズと、前記
第１、第２のベローズが密封収納された前記第１
の容器に連通された第２の容器とを備えてなる蒸
発冷却式電気装置の圧力調整装置。 (2) 同一温度における蒸気圧が、第１の冷媒よ
りも高い第２の冷媒を備えた実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の蒸発冷却式電気装置の圧力調整
装置。
