１２ａ…有底管の孔、１３…プランジヤ、１４…
ソレノイド、２６…押圧部材。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ハウジング内に形成した円筒部に一端面に押圧
    部材の一端面が当接または結合されるプランジヤ
    を軸方向に移動可能に収納し、該プランジヤを当
    該円筒部外周面に巻回したソレノイドの励磁電流
    に応じて変位させるようにした電磁比例ソレノイ
    ドにおいて、前記円筒部の内周面と前記プランジ
    ヤの外周面との間に非磁性部材で形成され前記押
    圧部材が遊貫する孔を有する有底管を嵌装し、前
    記プランジヤを前記有底管内に軸方向に摺動可能
    に収納せしめ、当該プランジヤの前記ハウジング
    の円筒部内周面への吸着を防止するようにしたこ
    とを特徴とする電磁比例ソレノイド。
