Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケーシング内の調圧ピストンを摺動させる
ことによつて加圧ピストンにかかる調圧ばねの付
勢弾力を増減変化させるようにした圧力調整弁に
おいて、 前記調圧ばねの付勢弾力に対応する信号を出力
する検出手段を設けたことを特徴とする圧力調整
弁。 (2) 前記検出手段は、前記調圧ピストンと調圧
ばねとの間に設けられた感圧センサである実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧力調整弁。 (3) 前記検出手段は、調圧ピストンの変位を検
出してその変位に対応する信号を出力する検出器
