第１図から第３図は、本考案による検出器付シ
リンダ装置を示すためのもので、第１図は全体構
成を示す断面図、第２図はシリンダストローク対
感圧素子の受ける圧力との関係を示す特性図、第
３図は感圧素子が受ける圧力対起電力との関係を
示す特性図、第４図は従来の検出器付シリンダ装
置を示す断面図である。 １はシリンダ、２はロツド側ハウジング、３は
給気口側ハウジング、６はシリンダ室、７はピス
トン、１４はロツド、１５はばね部材、２０は感
圧素子である。

Claims (1)
- シリンダ１の端部に設けられたロツド側ハウジ
ング２及び給気口側ハウジング３とによつて形成
されるシリンダ室６内に摺動自在に設けられたピ
ストン７を、ばね部材１５により常に一方向に付
勢するようにした検出器付シリンダ装置において
、前記ピストン７に設けられ前記ロツド側ハウジ
ング２を貫通するロツド１４と、前記ロツド側ハ
ウジング２に設けられた感圧素子２０とを備え、
前記ばね部材１５は前記ピストン７と前記感圧素
子２０間に配設されていることを特徴とする検出
器付シリンダ装置。
