Claims (1)
- 流体供給圧の変化に応じて変位するダイヤフラ
ム１６と圧力調整用のバルブ９とを設け、前記ダ
イヤフラム１６の変位によつて前記バルブ９が流
体供給圧を設定値にさせる開度位置に位置させる
ようにダイヤフラム１６とバルブ９とを連動連結
するスピンドル８を設け、そのスピンドル８の長
手方向中間部に、上流側圧を受けることにより、
前記バルブ９に上流側圧が作用することでスピン
ドル８に付与される移動力を相殺する力をスピン
ドル８に付与するバランスダイヤフラム１０を固
定連結してあるガバナであつて、前記スピンドル
８を、前記ダイヤフラム１６とバルブ９とにわた
る一連の一体物に構成し、前記バランスダイヤフ
ラム１０のスピンドル８に対するダイヤフラム１
６側およびバルブ９側への移動を阻止する一対の
接当部１４Ａ，１４Ｂのうちの一方を、前記ダイ
ヤフラム１６またはバルブ９への接当によりその
ダイヤフラム１６側またはバルブ９側への移動が
阻止される状態に前記スピンドル８に外嵌させた
筒軸２０に形成してあるガバナ。
