の概略構成を示す部分断面図、第２図は本考案に
かかる軸系監視装置の一実施例の動作を示す説明
図である。 図中、１は液払い出しポンプ、３はケーシング
、５はブツシユ、６はポンプ軸、１０は軸系監視
装置、１２は凹部、１３は非接触型変位センサ、
１４は検出手段である。

Claims (1)
- ケーシングに回動自在に支持されたポンプ軸の
外周面に凹部を形成すると共に該凹部に対向させ
て非接触型変位センサを設け、該非接触型変位セ
ンサに、これより得られる出力信号に基づいて上
記ポンプ軸のふれ量と回転数とを同時に検出する
検出手段を接続したことを特徴とするポンプの軸
系監視装置。
