Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 駆動装置により回転駆動されるスピンドル
と、このスピンドルを回転自在に支持する空気軸
受が設けられたハウジングと、上記スピンドルの
回転数を検出するため上記スピンドルに設けられ
た被検出部およびこの被検出部を検出する非接触
形センサを有する回転数検出装置とを具備するこ
とを特徴とするスピンドル装置。 (2) 非接触形センサは渦電流形変位計であるこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載のスピンドル装置。 (3) 非接触形センサがハウジングに取付けられ
ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のスピンドル装置。
