An electrolytic polishing method characterized in that the upper conductor is movable up and down, and after setting a large number of metal samples, the upper conductor is brought into close contact with each conductor, and the conductor makes it possible to conduct electricity through the group of metal samples. Sample energizing device. Applicable metallic materials of the present invention are copper and copper alloys.

Tighten the sample to complete the sample set. Next, the sample set is suspended from the energizing hanger 7, inserted into the electrolytic solution (phosphoric acid) 8 from the top of the electrolytic bath, and the water sample cellar 1~ is used as the anode, and the electrode of the electrolytic bath is used as the cathode. Electricity flows through the box, and all of the samples set are polished uniformly. At this time, the bottom of the box used is narrower and more slanted than the top, and many holes are drilled in the bottom plate of the box. As shown in Figure 1, when using a cellar 1, the box-shaped sample set is placed in an electrolytic bath in a stable state.
