Claims (1)
- 基板上に導体ペーストを焼成して導体を形成し
、かつ導体上に半田を介して各種のリードレス部
品を搭載するための部品塔載パツドを設けてなる
混成厚膜集積回路基板において、上記部品塔載パ
ツドに対応する基板部分に凹部を設け、導体を形
成した前記パツド対応部の導体厚が他の部分の導
体厚より厚くなるようにしたことを特徴とする混
成厚膜集積回路基板。
