Claims (1)
- 回折格子とホトダイオードアレイを組合せて使
用する分光光度計において、回折格子で分光され
たプラス側スペクトルに対してホトダイオードア
レイを配置し、マイナス側スペクトルに対して、
前記ホトダイオードアレイとは分解能の異なるホ
トダイオードアレイを配置し、二種のホトダイオ
ードアレイを電気的に切替えて使用することによ
り、分解能の異なるスペクトルが簡便に得られる
ことを特徴とするスキヤン型分光光度計。
