Claims (1)
- 放電電極を保持し、試料との間で放電を行わせ
るスパークヘツドと一般元素用の分光器とを分離
し、両者をオプチカルフアイバーで光学的に結合
し、上記スパークヘツドに火花放電の光を直接入
射させる分光器を取付けた発光分光分析装置。
