- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 試料表面の観察と試料より発光されたカソード
ルミネツセンス光の検出とを兼用する観察光学系
と、前記カソードルミネツセンス光を分光する分
光器とを備えたカソードルミネツセンス装置にお
いて、 前記観察光学系を構成する反射対物鏡部と接眼
部とを結ぶ出射光路上に、全反射ミラー部と光透
過部とを有する光チヨツパを設け、この光チヨツ
パによる透過光路側に前記接眼部を、反射光路側
に前記分光器をそれぞれ配置したことを特徴とす
るカソードルミネツセンス装置。
