固定板を示す図である。 １は白色光源、２は球面レンズ、３はシリンド
リカルレンズ、４は入口スリツト、５と７は球面
鏡、６は分光素子、８は光フアイバ固定板、８Ｈ
は孔、９は光フアイバ、９ａはマグネツト、１０
はスリツト板、１０１，１０２，…１０８はスリ
ツトを示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 白色光源と、レンズ系と、入口スリツトを
    有する集光光学系と、反射光学系および光回折素
    子と、 前記光回折素子により回折された同一波長を持
    つスペクトル光の得られるＸ軸方向に配置された
    多数の孔とＹ軸方向において分散されたスペクト
    ルバンドが得られる孔列とを配置されたＸＹ２次
    元波長分散照射光学素子と、 Ｘ軸方向およびＹ軸方向の孔に設けられた光フ
    アイバとを有するものにおいて、 前記ＸＹ２次元波長分散照射光学素子のスペク
    トル光入射側において、Ｘ軸方向に沿いかつＹ軸
    方向において分散されたスペクトルバンドの得ら
    れる孔の一部を覆うスリツト板を備える複数チヤ
    ンネル分光光度測定装置。 (2) 前記スリツトのスリツト幅を低波長側にお
    いては最も幅が広く、高波長側に向けて幅を順次
    狭くしてなる前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
    項記載の複数チヤンネル分光光度測定装置。
