ダチユーブ、１１は第２シリンダチユーブ、１３
は第１ピストン、１５は第２ピストン、１７は第
１ピストンロツド、１９は第２ピストンロツド、
２３及び２９は正圧室、２５及び２７は往動流路
としての流路、３１は往動流路を構成するパイプ
、３７及び４１は背圧室、４３は復動流路を構成
するパイプ、３５及び３９は復動流路としての流
路である。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 対向する一対のホルダに固定される第１及び第
２空気圧シリンダと、 各第１及び第２空気圧シリンダのシリンダチユ
ーブ内に摺動可能に支持される第１及び第２ピス
トンに夫々固着され、互いに反対する方向へ作動
可能な第１及び第２ピストンロツドと、 各シリンダチユーブの正圧室と連通し、前記第
１及び第２ピストンロツドとを略同期的に反対方
向へ夫々作動させるための空気を供給する往動流
路と、 前記第１及び第２シリンダチユーブ内の背圧室
と連通し、前記第１及び第２ピストンロツドとを
略同期的に収束方向へ夫々作動させるための空気
を供給する復動流路と、 を備えたことを特徴とする空気圧シリンダ。
