Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ シリンダ本体と、このシリンダ本体のロツド
側に設けられ、複数の軸受孔を有する軸受部と、
この軸受部に前記複数の軸受孔を介して摺動自在
に軸支される複数本のピストンロツドと、該複数
本のピストンロツドの一端を互いに連結する先端
プレートとを備えた流体圧シリンダを複数本連結
してなるマニホールド形流体圧シリンダ装置であ
つて、前記マニホールドおよび往復移動可能な先
端プレート間に、この先端プレートに装着される
アクチユエータに剛性を有する配管で流体を給排
する流体給排手段を設けたことを特徴とするマニ
ホールド形流体圧シリンダ装置。 ２ 前記流体給排手段は、マニホールド内に前記
ピストンロツドと平行に延びる配管摺動穴を形成
し、前記先端プレートに形成されたアクチユエー
タ用の給排ポートに一端を接続した流体配管パイ
プをピストンロツドと平行にマニホールド側に延
在させ、その他端を前記配管摺動穴内にシール可
能に摺接してなることを特徴とする請求項１記載
のマニホールド形流体圧シリンダ装置。
