本発明は、インクジェット記録装置に使用するインクジ

維持することができない。また、オリフィス(ノズル孔
)部分その他の不必要なところまで接着剤が流れ込み易
い等の欠点があった。更に、溶接や拡散によって接合す
る方法も提案されているが、この方法は、温度によって
変形し易い、多量の熱エネルギーを必要とする。十分な

したものである。以下1本発明の実施例に基づいて説明

孔3があるが、これはノズルプレートをヘッド本体にイ
ンサート成形する時に、前記ノズルプレートを所定位置
