続部を示す模式要部断面図、第２図は、従来の気
相成長装置の模式要部断面図、第３図は、従来の
気相成長装置の結晶生成を説明するための主要模
式断面である。 図において、２１は蓋板、２２はフランジ、２
３はパツキング、２４，２５は冷却水路、２６，
２７は温度制御装置、２８，２９は液体の水路、
３０，３１は温度調節装置、をそれぞれ示してい
る。

相成長装置の模式要部断面図、第３図は、従来の
気相成長装置の結晶生成を説明するための主要模
式断面である。 図において、２１は蓋板、２２はフランジ、２
３はパツキング、２４，２５は冷却水路、２６，
２７は温度制御装置、２８，２９は液体の水路、
３０，３１は温度調節装置、をそれぞれ示してい
る。
Claims (1)
- 反応管の一方の端部又は両端に反応ガスの流通
孔を有する蓋板と該反応管とが気密性パツキング
を介して気密接続されている気相成長装置におい
て、上記気密性パツキング部分に当接する金属壁
の部分に所定温度に制御された液体の通路が設け
られると共に、該気密性パツキング部分近傍の金
属壁の部分には上記所定温度と異なる所定温度に
調節された液体の通路が設けられて、該気密性パ
ツキング部分近傍の金属壁の温度が上記反応ガス
の結晶化温度以上の温度に保持されることを特徴
とする気相成長装置。
