Claims (1)
- 真空状態に保持される真空槽に開閉機構を介し
て着脱され吸着剤が入れられる密閉可能な吸着槽
と、この吸着槽の外側に設けられ前記吸着剤を低
温状態に保持してガスを吸着させるとともに常温
以上に保持して吸着したガスを外部に排出させる
冷却媒体用の冷却槽とからなることを特徴とする
真空度保持装置。
