Claims (1)
- ベースとカバーとでデイスクエンクロージヤを
形成し、このデイスクエンクロージヤ内にヘリウ
ムガスを封入するように構成した磁気デイスク装
置において、前記ベース又はカバーに設置した気
体注入口を持つ逆流防止弁と、この逆流防止弁を
外気から遮断する密封カバーにより構成せしめた
ことを特徴とするデイスクエンクロージヤのヘリ
ウム密封機構。
