Claims (1)
- 検出器ボデイ内に高圧側および低圧側の２室に
画成するように配設されそれぞれが互いに密着可
能な断面波形状に形成された２個のセンタダイヤ
フラムを備え、これら両センタダイヤフラムのう
ち低圧側のセンタダイヤフラムに通孔を設けたこ
とを特徴とする差圧測定装置。
