Claims (1)
- 複数のチユーブ状膜の一端を第１のヘツダにて
閉塞するとともに、各チユーブ状膜の内部が第２
のヘツダの内部の吸引室に連通するように、この
チユーブ状膜の他端を、第２のヘツダにおける面
板に形成された孔部に貫通させて配置し、前記面
板の孔部の内周とこの孔部の位置における各膜の
外周との間に筒状の弾性体製のパツキンを介装し
、孔部の内周とパツキンの外周とに、互いに接触
可能なテーパ面をそれぞれ形成し、前記第２のヘ
ツダに、パツキンのテーパ面を孔部のテーパ面に
圧接させるようにパツキンの端面を押圧する押圧
部材を設けたことを特徴とする濾過ユニツト。
