Claims (1)
- 多孔を有する内筒と同心状に、順次外側に多孔
を有する少なくとも１つの仕切板と多孔を有する
外筒を配設し、内筒と仕切板と外筒との間に形成
される部屋に第１吸着材と第２吸着材を交互に充
填し、両端にエンドプレートを固着させたフイル
タエレメント。
