Claims (1)
- ２つのバツクアツプ面に各々対向する基準圧側
ダイヤフラムとプロセス圧側ダイヤフラムを有す
る検出器ボデイと、この検出器ボデイの一方側に
前記基準圧側ダイヤフラムを覆うように設けられ
その内部に基準圧室を有する第１のカバーと、他
方側に前記プロセス圧側ダイヤフラムを覆うよう
に設けられその内部にプロセス圧室を有する第２
のカバーとを備え、このカバー内のプロセス圧室
および前記基準圧室に連通する通孔を前記検出器
ボデイに設け、この通孔に連通する先端密閉形の
管体を前記プロセス圧室内に設けたことを特徴と
する圧力発信器。
