A part of a center plate having a center hole is inserted, and an inner peripheral wall having an inner peripheral surface concentric with the center hole is formed on one side of the center plate, and an opening is formed on the other side. A case made of an insulating material formed integrally with a plate, and a shaft head having a diameter equal to or smaller than the inner diameter of the inner circumferential wall of the case, which penetrates the center hole of the center plate and cannot be detached from the center plate. and a movably disposed shaft, a grease-like insulator is disposed between the shaft head of the shaft and the inner circumferential wall of the case, and the substrate is connected to the opening of the case. This configuration provides a dust-proof structure, and a grease-like insulator between the shaft and the case allows flux, etc. used during soldering to be sealed. This means that it is difficult for the liquid to penetrate.
