    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力信号により駆動されて、そのレベルに応じ
    た光を発光する発光素子と、この光を受光して信
    号電流に変換する受光素子とを有し、上記信号電
    流をトランジスタのエミツタまたはベースに供給
    し、このトランジスタのコレクタ直流電流を、上
    記受光素子の温度変化による特性変化に拘らず略
    々一定とした信号伝送回路。
