- 入力電流を光に変換する電流光変換素子と、こ
の電流光変換素子から出射される前記光を受けて
超電力を生ずる光検出器とかろなるホトカプラに
おいて、前記電流光変換素子が互いに逆極性に並
列に接続された２つの発光ダイオードからなるこ
とを特徴とするホトカプラ。
