Claims (1)
- 排気ガス中の酸素濃度を検出するために、複数
の通気孔を有するカバーで保護される素子の一部
を排気ガス通路の中へ突出させた排気ガスセンサ
において、前記素子を含む本体に加熱されると前
記素子が突出している方向に熱変形するバイメタ
ル材を設置し、前記バイメタル材を介して接合さ
れる第１カバーと、該第１カバーとともに前記バ
イメタル材を覆う第２カバーとを設けて、前記カ
バーを二層構造にしたことを特徴とする排気ガス
センサ。
