- センサ素子を覆う保護カバーに流入孔と流出孔
を設けた酸素センサにおいて、前記保護カバーを
断熱材で構成するとともに、前記流入孔の大きさ
を流出孔の大きさよりも小さく形成したことを特
徴とする酸素センサ。
