- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発熱部と該発熱部とリード線とを接続するリー
ド部とからなるヒータパターンが絶縁基板上に形
成された構造のヒータを有し、該発熱部に対応す
る位置に酸素濃度検出部が設けられたヒータ付酸
素濃度センサにおいて、 前記リード部の表面及び裏面の少なくとも一方
の面にＮＴＣサーミスタ半導体膜を形成したヒー
タを有するよう構成したヒータ付酸素濃度センサ
。
