- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 互いに密着させた２枚のウエハの対と、溝と、
熱電対とを有する温度測定用ウエハであつて、 溝は、密着させた２枚のウエハ間の少なくとも
一方の面に、ウエハ外周からウエハ間の予め設定
された温度測定位置に達して形成されたものであ
り、 熱電対は、前記溝を通して温度測定位置に設置
されたものであり、 互いに密着させた２枚のウエハは、熱圧着によ
り接合されたものであることを特徴とする温度測
定用ウエハ。
