- 気体中の湿気を電気変化として検知する湿度セ
ンサ本体と、この湿度センサ本体を保護するケー
スとからなり、このケースの少なくとも一部が気
体中の湿気のみを通過するフツ素樹脂多孔質材料
からなることを特徴とする湿度センサ。
