Description
第1図はインゴツトとインゴツト鋳型の間の摩
擦力を表わす信号Sの強さを縦座標に、インゴツ
トの鋳造速度を横座標に記載している。摩擦力の
最小は曲線の最も低い点を取りかこむ区域である
。第2図は「正常な」鋳造よりも「事故」鋳造が
高い信号水準を有することを示す。第3図は特殊
な連続鋳造設備の調節の理論的図式を示す。第4
図は本考案に適合する装置の配置図である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 (a) 鋳造操作中の連続鋳造の鋳型の運動を
検出するセンサー、 (b) 前記センサーのための電源、 (c) 前記センサーの出力側に並列に接続され
た二つの電気回路であつて、一つは鋳型に付与さ
れた振動運動のみを表わす信号を生ぜしめ、もう
一つは鋳型の実際の運動を表わす信号を生ぜしめ
る、二つの電気回路、 (d) 上記二つの信号をたがいに分割して摩擦
力のみを表わす信号Sを生ぜしめる電気回路、 (e) 一つあるいはそれ以上の操作パラメータ
の異常挙動を検出するために、前記信号Sを対応
する参照信号Siと比較する装置、 を含むことを特徴とする金属の連続鋳造の調節
調整装置。 2 第1の電気回路は鋳型に付与された振動周波
数の0.1〜3倍の帯域フイルタ装置を含み、一
方、第2の電気回路は鋳型に付与された振動周波
数の3〜1000倍、好ましくは4〜10倍の帯
域フイルタ装置を含むことを特徴とする、実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載された装置。
