すため、テーブルの下は断面をとつてある。第４
図は第３図と同様の図であるが、駆動装置は移動
位置決め部材を外方後退位置に保持している状態
にある。第５図は駆動装置を示す平面図。第６図
は基板をテーブル上に吸着保持した状態を示す断
面図。第７図は従来の位置決め装置を示す平面図

２の固定位置決め部材に当接するよう基板を移動
させるための駆動装置とを備えてなる位置決め装
