と、この移動ブロツクに設置されこの移動ブロツ
クの移動とともに上記ガイド孔内を移動可能な位
置決め用押圧ピンと、上記ベースプレートの下面
に取り付けられ上記移動ブロツクを駆動する駆動
部材とを具備したことを特徴とする基板位置決め
