に応動して出力端子に高レベル信号を発生する高
利得帯域増幅回路部の前記出力端子と、ビデオ検
波回路部の入力端子との間に、結合コンデンサお
よび高域フイルタ用コンデンサとの直列接続体、
同直列接続体を介して前記出力端子に発生する信
号がベースに結合されるとともに、電源電圧を分
割する抵抗分割手段により直流ベースバイアスが
印加され、コレクタが電源端子に接続され、エミ
ツタが抵抗を介して接地されるトランジスタおよ
び前記結合コンデンサと高域フイルタ用コンデン
サとの直列接続点に一端が、他端が前記トランジ
スタのエミツタに接続される高域フイルタ用抵抗
とからなる選択回路網を配置して前記両回路部間
を帯域結合するとともに、これらの全回路部分を
単一の半導体基板内へ一体に集積化したことを特
