Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源に半導体スイツチング素子を介して接続さ
    れたヒータと、このヒータによつて加熱される周
    囲の温度を検出する温度検出素子と、制御すべき
    周囲温度を設定する温度設定器と、この温度設定
    器の設定温度に応じた設定電圧ＶＤを出力する手
    段を、前記温度検出素子の検出温度レベルに応じ
    てレベル変化する第１の温度対応電圧ＶＢ並びに
    その電圧ＶＢよりも高い第２の温度対応電圧ＶＥ
    を出力する手段と、前記電圧ＶＤと電圧ＶＢとを
    比較する第１のコンパレータと、前記電圧ＶＤと
    電圧ＶＥとを比較する第２のコンパレータと、前
    記両コンパレータによる電圧比較によつてＶＥ＞
    ＶＢ＞ＶＤの関係が検出されたとき前記半導体ス
    イツチング素子を導通制御し、かつ前記両コンパ
    レータによる電圧比較によつてＶＤ＞ＶＥ＞ＶＢ
    の関係が検出されたとき前記半導体スイツチング
    素子を非導通制御する手段と、前記両コンパレー
    タによる電圧比較によつてＶＥ＞ＶＤ＞ＶＢの関
    係が検出されたとき所定の周期でコンデンサへの
    充放電を行ない、前記電圧ＶＥとＶＢとの電圧幅
    よりも広い幅の予め設定された電圧間を往復する
    電圧ＶＡを出力する手段と、この手段によつて出
    力される電圧ＶＡと前記第１の温度対応電圧ＶＢ
    とを比較し、ＶＡ＞ＶＢのとき前記半導体スイツ
    チング素子を非導通制御し、ＶＡ≦ＶＢのとき前
    記半導体スイツチング素子を導通制御する手段と
    を具備してなることを特徴とする温度制御装置。
