- 処理装置間を自走する自走車の上に、処理装置
に被処理用の半導体ウエハを供給するローダ部と
処理装置から処理済みの半導体ウエハを取り出し
収納するアンローダ部とを設けたことを特徴とす
る半導体素子製造装置。
